I reached out to Mike Hickey via Facebook as I saw he answered questions people posted about real estate. I noticed over a couple of weeks that he provided information only, never stating he was an agent and asking people to contact him like others did. I reached out and asked if he was an agent and if so could we chat. He responded promptly and we set up a time for him to come and look at our house. He did his research before coming, and checked the photos from when we purchased the house. He noted all the upgrades we had done and gave us honest feedback. He nailed how the sale would play out, right from what he thought the first offer would be! His photographer is amazing, our house never looked so good and Mike's write up was fantastic! We listed and were under contract in just a couple of days, with multiple viewings over the weekend. I would highly recommend Mike, he is very knowledgeable and friendly!
