I am just running over numbers on the unit you found for our family. Despite what's going on in the world, Trump, Eby, etc. interest rates and Canadian real estate... In general the Lower Mainland you had your nose to the ground on a very difficult request from us, right place, right time, you pulled it off. What a great experience we had with you, as our realtor. I can certainly tell you, my first time buying wasn't as good as this experience has been. Beyond all our requests you rose above it and produced a sale that was second to none. We really do appreciate all you've done for us.
