We're really happy we worked with Mike to buy our first home in Squamish. It was a long process looking for the right and somewhat quirky place - he knew we didn't want any regular cookie-cutter house. We looked at many places but they right place just wasn't coming up... so as many do, looked on Vancouver Island. So we went over there and looked at a bunch of houses in different towns, and on the day we were coming back to Squamish, Mike texted, "what about this place?" We viewed this lovely place and then one more the next day - and ended up buying! Right when we had one foot out the door, he pulled it back in ! :) And it wasn't an easy purchase either! Phew - he helped us along the way to get through ups and downs and was always looking out for our best interest - that was apparent. We like Mike because he could see our vision of what we wanted, understood our price range, was honest, considerate (to us and the sellers), genuine, professional, knowledgeable, fun and friendly and enthusiastic. He follows up afterwards and even came to chop up a tree that broke! It felt more like house hunting with a friend than a realtor. Thanks Mike!
