Mike, by far, has the most integrity and understanding about what's at stake. He takes time and puts tremendous effort into researching the property that becomes of interest (even going as far as calling the governing bodies to confirm the zoning and the property's history). Moreover, Mike’s background in construction adds a level of security, especially when viewing older houses. Mike is not one to omit details or to push a client just to get a quick sale.
