Mike did amazing work from beginning to end. Starting with his suggestions on what we should do to get ready to sell, followed by his coming soon program to drum up interest, and an open house that had 14 groups through the door on a cold December day! After one week on the market he was able to secure an offer as well as a backup in a tricky buyers market, subjects cleared and the house was sold within one month of listing for more than we had hoped for!! He graciously dealt with all of the headaches along the way and had great communication throughout the process. We also had a lot of fun with Mike while selling our house and would highly recommend him to anyone!
