As a buyer and seller of several homes in the lower mainland and gulf islands I have always had my calls returned from listing agents when enquiringly about properties for sale. Imagine my surprise when calling Mindy Mcphersons office about a listing she had from a professional client of my wife’s . My wife had called originally, got no reply. Called a week later and nothing . So I called and there was never a return call ever. I called a friend who lives in mission and he explored that she had a horrible reputation and was not straight up. Obviously something isn’t right if phone calls from interested buyers are ignored and not followed up on.
