This document went well beyond a surface level analysis and helped us position our property in the best way. 2.Property preparation strategy: We were provided with a roadmap that included a calendar and a detailed checklist outlining steps to take in preparation for staging. Miranda worked with us to accommodate our ideal level of involvement. We were fairly engaged in the process, but I can easily see how a far more hands-off approach would work successfully as well. 3.The staging: Miranda provided us with a list outlining specific suggestions for what should be addressed in every room. She even brought in her husband who is a contractor, and like herself is very detail oriented, to take care of a couple of things in our space. She provided a professional moving company to come in and move out any furniture that we may not be using. Everything was done smoothly, and with great care. 4.The photography: Miranda brought in no fewer than three photographers to document the space. As someone who works in the design industry, I can attest to the excellent quality of these images. 5.The showings: Feedback was provided (whenever made available by the showing agent), to give us a preliminary idea of how our property was being received. Miranda did regular check-ups on the property to ensure that everything was running smoothly. 6.The offers presentation: All offers were presented to us in an organized, and thorough manner.
