Both Miranda and Paul were considerate and compassionate throughout, and helped to make a difficult and emotional process easier. The property we were dealing with was not in great shape for sale and we had very tight deadlines to work with, so I was very pleased they were able to complete the sale faster than anticipated and for substantially more than the asking price as well.
