Miranda has been lovely to work with - friendly and professional. I've particularly appreciated the organizational aspects (e.g. spreadsheets when looking at properties online) as well as her intuition (e.g. in securing viewings for properties that she knew I would want to see). I'm not from the city, so she was very generous with advice and tips (e.g. neighbourhoods, expenses etc.). She has gone above and beyond in guiding me through the process, and in being there with support and objective information during stressful periods (e.g. putting in an offer).
