We found Mitch after a thorough web search. He is prompt, friendly and professional and brings a positive energy with him. He prepared a nice report and proposed a fair price for the house based on similar cases (which we later reduced based on his suggestion after the house was on the market for 4 months). He helped us understand the market and his handyman fixed a few paintings and chips on the walls. He also offered a thorough cleaning of the house before possession date. What is nice about Mitch, is that he has a team behind him, one of whom is his father with years of amazing record in Saskatoon as a realtor, this is reassuring as you know that your are covered and are working with experienced professionals. Mitch follow up with us a few times during the 8 months that the house was on the market and helped us decide on the final offer. We sold the house with a discount and he also helped us with the lawyer. All and all it was a pleasant experience working with Mitch and I gladly recommend him to anyone.
