Mitch was friendly, motivated, highly energetic and brutally honest (in a good way). He did not try to sweet talk me but got the job done in a highly professional way. He spoke less but more action. Very precise to the point. He sold my place in about a month time when other properties in my condo units were not sold even after I moved out. He could have helped me negotiate bit lower when I bought the new house but then again isn't that what everyone buying a new property feels? Jokes apart, Mitch was always there to help in every step of the way. I strongly recommend him for any real estate needs. - Fred V
