A few friends recommended Mitch to me, and he did not disappoint! He was very knowledgeable about the fluctuating housing market, and worked hard to get our house sold. He had someone come in to do touch ups and cleaning prior to listing. The staging and photos that he did looked wonderful! He was very responsive, always tried to get feedback on the showings, and answered all my questions promptly. He held a couple open houses for us. He also did an amazing job with communicating separately with myself and my ex partner, which I'm sure wasn't always the easiest for him! It definitely helped alleviate some stress on my part though. He ended up getting our house sold for more than we thought possible in the current market! This was my first time selling a property and Mitch made it go as smoothly as possible! I highly recommend Mitch and I'll be using him again when I buy a house!
