I would recommend Mitch to anyone who is buying or selling. I appreciated his knowledge about the market and realistic expectations for the sale of our house. Mitch took care of everything—had his handyman do some touch ups, had professional listing pictures taken and handled it all. He had clear, quick communication and was available to answer questions that we had. Even though he is extremely busy (because he’s the best), you still feel like you’re his only client. Mitch sold our house quickly and made sure we got the best deal possible. Mitch is professional and knowledgeable. We would 100% use Mitch as our realtor again as well as recommended him to anyone.
