I would highly recommend if you're selling/buying a house in Saskatoon to at the very least have Mitch come and give you his thoughts, he is knowledgeable and has a keen eye for detail. Mitch has an awesome personality, very approachable, honest and professional. He offered service above and beyond what I had expected and was flexible to suit my needs. If I was selling/buying again Mitch would be my first call.
