After an unfortunate situation with another realtor we went looking for the best rated realtor and came across rate my agent website. After reading reviews we decided Mitch was who we wanted to work with to sell our home. We contacted him and he responded right away. He was heading out of town for a short time but got us in touch with his partner who started the process with us. Once Mitch returned he stepped right back in and got things done. He held a short open house where the eventual buyers attended and were invited to come back with their realtor. We’ve bought and sold multiple homes over our lifetime and we can honestly say Mitch was by far the best realtor we’ve had working on our behalf. He’s knowledgeable and understands the importance of communication and listening to his clients point of view. We felt he had our best interests in mind throughout the process. When an issue arose he acted quickly to come up with a resolution. We never felt he was just giving advice but felt he was always willing to roll up his sleeves to get things done.
