Mitch is truly the best in the biz. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. We never felt pressured and he was always upfront when he noticed issues within certain properties. He literally was responsive when he was on vacation!! If anyone is buying or selling in the nanaimo area I would highly recommend Mitch - especially for those who were new to the game like us, and felt overwhelmed and stressed entering the housing market. He explains things in an easy to understand & thoughtful manner. Mitch is who all real estate agents should strive to be. 10/10
