After few transactions whith moe asgarian and forgive his mistakes due to his kindness , this time I need to inform his client what he have done to me and maby it helps to not happen again for others . Moe pushed me to put offer for one detached home value over 1.4 and promised he is getting it on good deal because the owner/ seller agent Ava fard works at his office and they are friend. Once he only sent me house sigma information and not MLS link he agreed that the information I have access to it is accurate. After the most horrible closing I had and moe never try to help me and get involve such as non working condition appliances, many item on the contract such as camera wasn’t accessible and garbage wasn’t remove completely , moe never try to contact the agent to solve this matter . He refused to check the house befor closing and when I start complaining then he went for final visit and confirm everything is perfect which I never find any working condition appliance . Also the most important things he lied about sqf of the house and after closing I checked MPAC by other Realstate and I found my house is 300 square fit smaller than what moe present to me . Also house register as 3 bed not 4 bed . There is a lot going on and he never ever apologized for destroying my life and purchase the house which was purchased 200 k more than worth . My agent, Mojtaba ASGARIAN, advised me that Ava Rahmani FARD claimed there were multiple offers on the property, which I later discovered was not true. This false information led me into a bidding war, ultimately causing me to purchase the property at an inflated price.
