Great experience! We had tried to sell the year before, and had no luck. Did not get the price we wanted the year before & got very little traction. Once listing with Moe, he worked hard with a team to transform the house and we sold over asking price, got $200,000 more than we had gotten over the year before & the showings were nonstop!
