We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mrinal Kulkarni. We were first-time renters with very little knowledge about how to find the right place in Toronto’s Market as we moved from US. I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Mrinal was throughout the entire leasing process. She was personally interested in our case, and showed as many places as she could over in-detail video feed in such a bad pandemic situation. She treats us like a family, and work as hard as she could for us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Mrinal walked us through every step of the negotiations. I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on various issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. She was always on our side and very helpful. I specifically remember, how welcoming she was, when we actually arrived to our new place, and she offered to bring basic food needs, indeed a great person! We would, and will, recommend Mrinal to anyone in the market to purchase a home. We will also look to Mrinal when we have any future real estate needs. We were impressed with Mrinal's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!
