They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and strata reports and inspections, and reviewing all documents that you get when you are buying a High rise Condo. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Muneeb was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! I would highly recommend him, he is doing his job up and beyond. Very nice person.
