I had a very disappointing experience with Murtaza Siddiqui. Unfortunately, I would not recommend his services for buying or selling a property. Communication and professionalism were not at the level I expected, and overall, the experience was frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options before choosing this realtor.

Your review states that I represented you in a buying and selling transaction in Montreal that closed in January 2026. This is incorrect. I am a licensed real estate broker in Ontario only. I do not practice real estate in Quebec, and I have never completed a real estate transaction in Montreal or anywhere else in Quebec. I have also reviewed my records and I have no record of conducting a real estate transaction with anyone named Anna Bell matching the transaction described in this review. If you believe that I represented you, please provide evidence identifying the property, including the property address and details of the transaction, so that this can be verified. Otherwise, I respectfully request that this review be removed or corrected, as it attributes a Montreal, Quebec real estate transaction to me that did not occur and that I could not have conducted as an Ontario-only registrant. I take legitimate client feedback seriously and stand behind my professional record. However, reviews should be based on genuine and verifiable experiences with the professional being reviewed.
