From our 1st meeting we found Murtaza very knowledgeable about the housing market, very friendly, offered excellent advice, got the timing perfect for advertising, arranged photos etc showing the property at its best before winter snow began and made sure everything was carried out without any stress to us whatsoever. Murtaza and his team worked hard making sure everything through to the sale went smoothly, keeping us up to date at all times. We couldn’t have hoped for anyone better to handle our sale and I would highly recommend him to anyone and have no doubts he’d be just as great if you were buying property, which in this case we weren’t.
