Terrible realtor. Represented both me and leaser. Agreed to pay out 1 month in compensation for moving out of the property to sell it. They ended up jacking up the rent for the next lessee after failing to sell the property. The landlord also withheld my final month rent until he walked through the property. This put even more of a financial strain on my family. My dad was getting cancer surgery during this time so we just wanted to move on with our lives instead of requesting the legal forms like an N12 before moving out. The N12 would have legally meant the landlord would need to pay the 1 month compensation. After telling Mustafa about the situation, landlord not paying back last month rent (treating it like a security deposit), and not compensating for being evicted like an N12 would guarantee and like we had agreed on over the phone. From my experience, Mustafa cannot be trusted. Any agreements you have with him you should make in writing.
