From start to finish Mylène made my wife and I feel like we had an expert in our corner. She is prompt, professional, and isn't afraid to advise you honestly and directly (always with our benefit in mind). Not only is she the consummate professional, but she is also a ton of fun to have as an agent. She made what is otherwise a daunting experience seem enjoyable and stress free. During one of our first walk throughs she asked what we thought of the place and when my wife and I weren't sure it was the right fit she said "this place doesn't seem quirky and unique enough for what you two are looking for." And that was exactly how we felt but were unable to articulate. She spends the time to get to know you personally and through that she's more effective at advising and advocating for you professionally. I couldn't recommend Mylène more highly and I'll be using her for all my future home sales/purchases.
