I can’t imagine going through the process without Nancy. It was my first sale, so having an agent I could trust wholeheartedly made all the difference. To make things even trickier, I was out of the region for the entire process so Nancy managed the departure of the current tenants, cleaning, improvements/ repairs, staging and listing.
