Been trying to obtain information regarding a commercial listing for over 6 weeks. Took 2 weeks before he contacted me, then we met the next day so he could get my drivers license to create the NDA and now he's ghosted me, won't answer emails or text msgs. I get the impression he doesn't value the listing and therefore making no attempt to sell it. I would never use him as my agent and would suggest others don't as well.
