The short review - Natasha Eadie is the absolute best realtor that we have ever retained. We have owned numerous properties in our lifetime, but the sale of this particular property was highly unique. The property was the home of an elderly parent, who had resided there for 40 years, but was beginning have concerns about stairs, ice in the winter, and independent living in general. The sale of the property was emotionally charged, with the additional complication of the owner not being fluent in English - requiring the use of a translator. Natasha had a spectacular “bedside manner”. She was empathetic, compassionate, polite, and a consummate professional. Natasha made working with a translator seem like it was an everyday occurrence, which put the owner at ease. Scheduling showings was slightly more complicated due to the language barrier, but Natasha made everything seem easy. The property sold quickly - to the satisfaction of all - certainly due in part to Natasha’s guidance and effective staging techniques. We cannot say enough good things about Natasha Eadie.
