We contacted Nate to buy a new house and sell our current house after buying a house with him 4 years ago, as we really enjoyed his enthusiasm and energy, and also felt we could trust him. He was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to our questions. He was very organized and we felt in control of the entire process. He only showed us houses that met our needs. The selling process was a little intimidating for our first sale, but Nate made it very easy by telling us exactly what needed repairs and how to stage it, and he knew exactly how to price it for a quick sale which we needed as the purchase of our new house was contingent on sale of our old house. We aren't planning to move again for the next 25 years but if we ever did, we would happily work with Nate again.
