Once again Nathalie did an incredible job in selling my parents’ house as an estate sale. She had to work with some difficult hurdles, the house was in a flood zone, had never been updated, and located in a remote area of Montreal, and yet she got me the price I was looking for. She worked with me for the open houses, and postings on social media, stagings and really had the best potential buyers for this house. This was my second house using Nathalie as my broker and would not hesitate to ask her to sell another property or recommend her to sell their property. Nathalie is not just my real-estate agent, but I consider her my friend.
