Nathalie was like a gift from God when she swooped in to help me. My situation was that I had to be out of my apartment quickly .. in a matter of months! I was stressed and feeling very out of my league as a first-time home-buyer. Nathalie held my hand through the process (as I think she saw that I needed it.) At no point did she ever forget that I was a first time buyer. She reminded me of things along the way, and helped connect dots that I would have not put together myself. She said beautiful, caring things like, "this is a nice place, but it is a little dark. You will have to do something about the lighting if you move here .. don't forget your mental health is important!!" Moments like this really touched me and I really very quickly understood that beneath this brilliant business woman is one of the kindest human beings we have here on Earth. She pulled me out of a whirwind of scary feelings and let me know that it was going to be okay and that she was here to help me, without saying so. Thank you Nathalie for all your help.
