I highly recommend Nathan French to be your realtor. I have sold five properties in my lifetime, and Nathan by far is superior to all my prior realtors (and they were good). He is very personable, genuine, and extremely prompt in responding whether by phone, text or email. The pictures, personalized video, schematics are highly professionally produced. He is knowledgeable and helps guide but not pushy. Given his research, he advised what he thought would be the right price to draw attention to our property. We took his advice. There was much interest and activity, and it didn’t sell too quickly which I preferred assuring me it was properly priced. Nathan obtained all the details on our property and was able to respond knowledgeably to any questions arising from showing realtors. If we were unable to show a confirmed time due to unforeseen circumstances, Nathan was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. I trust him completely. He has no hidden agendas, is knowledgeable, capable, authentic, gracious, professional, informed and has your best interest at heart. My only disappointment is we are moving out of this region and so unable to work with Nathan going forward. Nathan French is a five-star Realtor in my estimation and personal experience.
