Nathan is a real nice guy and was very helpful to us in our property purchase. From out of town, so no prior relationship (our local realtor recommended him). We weren’t in a rush to buy and he patiently helped us look at properties for over a year. Price was important to us and he worked closely with us on our offers to get to our version of fair value. In one case he advised us to walk on a property we were interested in due to the sellers counter offer being too high. From then on it was crystal clear he had our best interests in mind. Final thing worth mentioning is that when we were doing our due diligence on the strata we were buying into he worked very hard to help us ensure sure nothing was missed… Would highly recommend Nathan.
