Nathan took care of every detail of selling our townhome. I was never left wondering what was happening because Nathan was excellent at communicating every step with us with integrity and honesty. He walked us through the paperwork and made sure we understood everything clearly without making us feel stupid with the many questions we asked. He sought feedback from other realtors and would touch base with us weekly to make sure we were in the know. Once we sold, he even physically helped us get our home ready for the new owners.
