Natosha reached out to us after we posted a few questions on line about the areas to buy a home in Cochrane as we were looking to move from Ontario. Natosha was knowledgeable and took the time to completely understand our needs and kept in constant contact with us as we finalized our home sale in Ontario. Once that was completed and our home budget was set, Natosha went to work trying to find our new home. She knew exactly what we wanted and even showed us a specific area and said that if a home ever came up for sale on that street, she would move fast to get us in. We got the call one morning from Natosha to tell us a home on that street had come up for sale and that she had already booked an online tour for us to see it. Within an hour she was in the home doing a virtual tour for us and we made an offer a few hours after that. Our trust in Natosha allowed us to move quickly even though we weren't in the province to see the home in person before making the offer.
