Over the last couple months we had been preparing to sell our home and we had collected many “pamphlets” that come in the mail for realtors. We went with Nav because he knows and works in our area and we read some positive reviews online. Immediately we knew we made the right decision. Throughout the entire sale from the first phone call we felt that Nav had our best interest at heart - he truly was incredible to work with - he not only took the time to educate and inform us of the current market but also took the time to see what we really wanted. Nav was extremely kind, well spoken and most of all consistent. He made us feel comfortable and he was always flexible with scheduling making it easy . Nav also went above and beyond with marketing for our apartment to ensure we could present our best case using brochures , mail outs and social media. Being detail oriented nav also helped us re arrange and stage our home without putting any pressure to make us feel we had to .
