As first time home buyers, we were clueless when we started looking. Nav held our hand through the entire process and have been extremely patient with our endless (sometimes repetitive) questions. I'd say we're a little too picky, and he understood what we're looking for, made us look the other way if we're looking at a nightmare in the making.
