Neil has been particularly and wonderfully helpful as I bought when the market was hot and am selling as the market has since slowed down (stressful!), and he's helped in monitoring the house, recommending tradesmen, companies, cleaners, gardeners (both the last his own!). He's been so helpful that I now consider Neil a friend!
