Neil was referred through friends after my frustration working with another realtor and I was looking for someone new. I went to see most of the places I was interested in on my own through open houses but as soon as I found something I was interested in and told Neil he was quick to respond and gave good solid advice. This was my first time buying and Neil made it easy. I’m very happy with the place I bought and the experience as a whole. It’s also worth mentioning that I am a transgender person and Neil was very respectful, always using my chosen name and pronouns and even subtly correcting someone else in my new building who misgendered me. I feel he is definitely a safe realtor for anyone 2SLGBTQ+.
