We were buying from out of Province so we needed to rely on Neil’s extensive knowledge of the area and trust in his skills and attention to our needs and desires. Neil went above and beyond as he guided us through the many neighborhoods and homes until he found us the “one”. We both felt secure in his commitment to help us navigate all the many and necessary hurdles to find our forever home and always working in our best interests.
