I am loyal to people and companies that provide excellent service and Neil is one of those. So much so that I have used him again for another purchase I made on a home. He has demonstrated an uncanny ability to capture what my vision is for both purchasing and selling. He communicates efficiently and has been articulate in all my transactions with him, without wasting my time or pressuring me in any way. I like a realtor that moves at the pace I want (which happens to be quickly and efficiently) and Neil meets that expectation and exceeds it. I will also commend his staff as they are in alignment with Neil and his philosophy and can assist appropriately whenever needed. I will continue to use Neil for my home transactions as I know I can trust that he is working in my best interests.
