Neil is rude, stubborn, sassy, and extremely condescending. While he seemed to know his stuff and his marketing of the place was good, our place was on the market for 5 months before it closed, and for $50k less than we originally expected. I know the market isn't great right now, but others were selling their places faster and for more. When he found out I bought a new place using a different realtor he got all sassy and then went completely silent for over a week. The viewing process was ridiculous. He was expecting me and my roommate to drop everything and have the place spotless with no notice. Me and my ex-partner originally used Neil for purchasing our place years ago, and was great for that, so we felt safe choosing him to sell. In the end it was a completely different experience. I will never use Neil or Bosdet homes again. There are plenty of realtors in this city, why settle for someone with a bad attitude?
