Neil was very knowledgeable about the areas in which the houses he was showing my wife and myself. He made us aware of busy streets. I found he had a lot of patience as we did not know Victoria that well. I would recommend Neil as he was always helpful and his team always responded to emails very quickly. We found he was extremely professional. We had a great experience.
