Neil was friendly and personable, but ultimately stopped us from buying our home. He refused to show us a home that was "for sale by owner" and gave several excuses as to why we couldn't do a showing. So finally, I reached out myself to see the house and another agent was happy to help us. Neil didn't really listen when we didn't want to go far outside our budget, and instead insisted that it was needed.
