Two years ago Neil represented the buyer of our property, and while we appreciated his skill and professionalism at the time, it wasn't until we bought a property a month ago in another city, that we had reason to think of Neil again. The agent we used in that different city was stunningly incompetent, and we found ourselves wishing that we had been able to work with someone as expert as Neil. We highly recommend him, eventhough he was on the opposite side of our transaction, and it's been two years. That's how good he is.
