Nicholas is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. His personalized and caring approach, as well as attention to detail, are unparalleled. he is unlike most realtors I have come across in my past deals. They are focused on the transaction and just getting the deal closed, he cares for even small details and answers every query, every doubt with patience. He went out of his way to guide me as a buyer in a new town, helping way beyond his scope of job. He continues to support and follow up with me on any issues even after closing the deal and completing the handover. I feel I have found a great friend who I can trust on any issues and will definitely be approaching Nicholas any time I have another real estate topic in my mind in future.
