We found a flyer drop off on our doorstep from Nick and thought that if someone was ambitious enough to go door to door then we were interested in approaching him to sell our home. Nick was friendly, professional and provided great advice on the listing price. The photographer was also professional and when we saw the pictures on MLS, we thought that she did a fabulous job of highlighting our home and surroundings. Nick kept us up to date throughout the selling process and we were always informed of showing times in advance. We were relocating and moved prior to possession and were so grateful when Nick offered to check on our home in our absence. The day after completion, Nick called to again keep us in the loop.
