Nick was great for helping us buy a multiplex asset. By using his resources he actually brought us a deal off market which we were able to purchase and work out a deal with. He was very resourceful, had contractors ready for inspections and for the planning phases of our renovation conversation property. He knows a lot a lot about buildings renovations and really helped us maximize future rental profit by the set up we were able to do. He has a great eye for projects and can see value.
