He gave us advice on how to make our house show in the best possible light and after that he had it staged at his cost with a no nonsense stager that really did a fantastic quick and through job. Nick did flyers to the local area and also a video of the area (which is the reason it sold for so much, the buyer recognized the area and her sisters house) He helped us pick the perfect date to put the house up for sale and it attracted over 50 agents that weekend. He handled the final negoitions perfectly and got us way more that we expected. He's also a really nice guy, not pushy or manipulative. Dealing with him and his teaam was seamless. My neighbors also contacted Nick after talking to us and he sold their house as well in a much more difficult market and got them a great price.
