I can't even put into words how incredible Nick and Maggie were throughout the whole process. Our property sale was a bit of an enomoly in that our tenants left it in HORRIBLE condition, we needed extensive repairs, our hot water tank blew and we had to move out of country for my husband to accept a medical position abroad... All during COVID. Maggie and the team at Vantage are seriously miracle workers. They helped on EVERY front from providing reputable industry professionals to do amazing work on the home to looking over the property while we were away. In the end our home was beautiful and ended up selling 10% above asking!!!! Nick and Maggie are so so much more than RealEstate agents.
