My son introduced me to Nick after Nick found him an awesome property in a crazy market. My wife and I decided to sell an investment property this year so.. We gave Nick a dollar amount that we needed to get.  We sold quickly without having to disrupt our tenant and pocketed what he promised us. A great job by Nick and his team at Vantage! I will be using Nick in the future to buy or sell my properties here in Kelowna.
